As of August 2017, Nissan was closing in on one million total models sold in the United States and its territories alone. The sales total for 2017 has outpaced 2016’s totals, which bodes well for the company and all Nissan dealerships. But which models in particular have performed the best? The stylish Altima? Best-selling Nissan vehicles

Below you will find a chart of the top six-selling Nissan models through July of 2017 in the U.S. and its territories. There is a healthy mix of cars, trucks, and SUVs among Nissan’s best sellers, which indicates the company has done well at manufacturing and marketing all types of vehicles.

What might jump out is that the Rogue, Altima, and Sentra outperformed the next three models by a wide margin. That is a testament to the top three models more than anything else. The Rogue, Altima, and Sentra all are high-class, dependable vehicles that continue to increase in popularity.

The numbers are in for other notable models as well. The Nissan Maxima had 36,849 models sold through the first seven months of 2017. Nissan’s full-size pickup truck, the Titan, was sold 28,255 times. The LEAF, on the other hand, had just under 9,000 models sold, while the 370Z sold just over 2,900 models.

While 2017 is still a few months from being over, these numbers are indicative of how the year’s final stats will turn out, and they are mostly in line with previous years’ reports.
