Service Department News & Events
For the Month of August, we'll feature some of the best fuel-saving tips and tricks our Team has to offer. With the cost of gas creeping up to the $5/gallon mark, we'll be using the Service Tip over the next few months to pass along some of the best fuel saving tips we know being in the car business. Last month, we talked about how a simple fix like installing a new air filter can improve gas mileage by up to 10%. This month's tip is just as important. When was the last time you checked your tire pressure? If you said it was the last time you changed your oil - that was too long ago! Buy and keep a tire pressure gauge handy and check your air pressure at least once a week, either first thing in the morning or when your tires are cold. Check your owner's manual for your cars recommended setting. Stay tuned for next month's installment...Is it time for an alignment?
This month we're featuring Guilbert Apresto. Gil has been with Nissan Guam for over 4 years now and is the proud holder of 8 different ASE Certifications, which include Engine Repair, Manual Transmission, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Suspension and Steering, Brakes, and Engine Performance. He recently acquired his ASE Master certification as well - adding his name to an elite list of technicians...which now makes him the 6th Master Technician on Nissan Guam's impressive roster.
In his spare time, he can be found upgrading and modifying many different types of cars and trucks and hanging out at the Circle K 76 dragstrip in Yigo.

For your convenience Nissan Guam offers Early-Bird and After-Hours drop off. Simply grab an envelope at our drop-off center, fill out the provided form on the envelope and drop your keys in - then stick the envelope in our drop-off center box.
