We have been talking about the Nissan Kicks for a little while. By now, you may know that it is the newest vehicle in the Nissan lineup. You might also know that it is the replacement of the Nissan JUKE. The JUKE, while versatile and practical, had become outdated in its design. What technology is in the 2018 Nissan Kicks?

All new Nissans have innovative, modern technologies that have become more and more needed. The Kicks is no different. Its predecessor, the JUKE, was no stranger to technological perks, but the Kicks comes with enhanced and updated features.

Bose audio

Available Bose speakers can be found right in the Kicks’ headrests. The premium sound from Bose will ring through your ears and you will have a front row seat to any concert you want. Plug in your smartphone or crank up your favorite radio station and jam out.

Nissan Intelligent Mobility

The automaker’s signature safety and awareness system features standard and available technologies. Standard automatic emergency braking keeps you aware of what’s in front of you. Available parts of Nissan Intelligent Mobility are rear cross-traffic alert, Around View®, and blind spot detection.

Connectivity

As if Bose premium audio wasn’t enough, the Kicks also comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. These programs allow you to connect your smartphone to the vehicle and give you access to certain apps right on the Kicks’ touchscreen monitor. Remote engine start is also available. All of this is in addition to the standard NissanConnect® infotainment system.
