History of the Nissan JUKE
If you haven’t already heard the news, the Nissan JUKE will not be continuing in production. One of the most uniquely designed Nissan SUVs is being replaced by the Nissan Kicks, and it is a bittersweet moment. The JUKE lived a respectable life for much of the second decade of the 21st century. Everything from its distinct shape to its efficiency delighted drivers all over the world. Sadly, the era of the JUKE has come to an end. Join us as we pay tribute to the Nissan JUKE while we also look ahead to the bright days of the Nissan Kicks.

Born in 2011, the JUKE became an instant icon with its slim, protruding headlamps and circular fog lights that sandwiched an elongated grille. The AWD capabilities, affordability, and sporty performance were the SUV’s calling cards throughout its lifetime. As time moved on, the JUKE kept up with emerging technologies. 2018 Nissan Kicks release date
The more conventional-looking Kicks is replacing the JUKE in the Nissan lineup. We are expecting to see the Kicks arrive at dealerships worldwide sometime early in the summer of 2018. The Kicks is expected to average slightly better gas mileage than the JUKE and it will come with standard features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, automatic braking, and blind spot detection.
