The first thing you probably notice about the new Q50 is its first-class look, inside and out. This beautiful luxury sedan will give you an upper-class-like experience, but what about under the hood? All the glitz and glamour doesn’t mean much if the engine isn’t up to snuff, so to speak. Continue reading to learn more about the new Q50’s horsepower and more.

The engine strength of the all new Q50 compares very well to others in its class. For example, the 2018 Audi A4 produces 190 horsepower from its 2.0-liter I-4 engine. That’s not bad. It’s respectable, actually. But the base 2.0-liter I-4 engine of the 2018 Infiniti Q50 produces 208 horsepower. And the power only increases as the trim levels change.
The Sport and Luxe trims’ V6 engines can produce up to 300 horsepower. Move on up to the Red Sport trim level and the horsepower chimes in at a whopping 400. So, from the base trim to the highest one, the engine’s horsepower nearly doubles. The 2018 Infiniti Q50 comes in power levels available to suit all needs.

The Sport level comes in at $42,650 while the Red Sport starts at $48,700. For more information on each trim level and what they include, stop in or call us today.
