A Redesign Inside and Out

The new 2018 Nissan Leaf was given a thorough redesign, ditching the familiar exterior that might have off-put several potential buyers or interested parties for a new, sleek, design that’s guaranteed to attract rather than repel! Additionally, the new Nissan Leaf got just enough of an interior upgrade and redesign to keep things interesting, giving you more to enjoy alongside its exceptional cargo space.

However, the real interesting innovation brought to the new 2018 Nissan Leaf is the new E-Pedal system, which offers a ton to any driver!

2018 Nissan Leaf E-Pedal Technology

The new Nissan E-Pedal mode allows the leaf to experience an exceptional braking system, one that is guaranteed to give the driver’s an exhilarating feeling, even on their daily commute. When you lift off the gas with this mode activated, the vehicle slows down aggressively, making you feel like you’re in a sports vehicle! The new Nissan Leaf can even bring itself to a stop on a hill, and hold there until you press on the gas again.

This brake system relies on the electric motor to work, and so the new 2018 Nissan Leaf had to get a battery pack upgrade, raising its EPA estimated miles to 161, giving a greater range for you to enjoy!
