What’s Included in the Nissan Frontier Midnight Edition?

2020 Nissan Frontier – New Baseline Engine and Transmission 

At its baseline trim level, the 2019 Nissan Frontier came with a 2.5L inline 4 engine that produced 152 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. As for transmission options, drivers could choose from either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission. A V6 engine and a 6-speed manual transmission were additional options locked off on higher trim levels. 

The 2020 Nissan Frontier significantly upgrades its baseline power and performance. The new baseline engine option is a 3.8L V6 with 310 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. As for the transmission, the standard outfit is now a 9-speed automatic transmission.
