2020 Nissan GT-R technology and connectivity features

Staying connected with the world is now a significant part of many new vehicles. Technology and connectivity features in our vehicles have advanced over the years. The 2020 Nissan GT-R has several technology and connectivity features to help you stay connected and entertained. Read on to find out what they are!

Smartphone Integration, Navigation and More

Starting off we have the 8-inch color multi-touch screen that comes with the Nissan Navigation System. This system comes with a 3D map view for select cities, voice recognition and easy-to-read graphics. Next, we have Apple CarPlay® compatibility. This allows you to access your phone’s messaging, music, navigation and more all through the touch screen. If you do not have an iPhone®, you can stream your music and podcasts using Bluetooth® wireless technology. Listening to music and podcasts from your phone can drain your battery. Luckily, there are two USB ports that can be used for music and charging.

The RearView Monitor uses sensors on all four corners to look for static objects when backing up. If you get too close to an object, it will send out an audible warning. If you don’t want to reach toward the touch screen, you can use the Display Commander placed just behind the gearshift. You can toggle up and down, side-to-side, rotate, scroll, and control the infotainment system without needed to look down.

If you like to stay connected with your vehicle even when you aren’t using it, you’ll enjoy NissanConnect® Services. This offers services including remote access, emergency preparedness, customizable alerts, and convenience features.
