Sophisticated Engine in the 2021 Nissan Rogue

The 2021 Rogue boasts plenty of power for your excursions with its 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve inline 4-cylinder engine. With its Direct Injection Gasoline system, an e-VTC intake valve, an integrated exhaust manifold, a variable displacement oil pump, and mirror bore coating, the robust engine churns out 181 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. Compared to the engine in the outgoing Rogue model, this is an increase of 11-hp and 6 lb-ft of torque.

Additional Performance Features in the 2021 Nissan Rogue

Power from the 4-cylinder engine is channeled through the Xtronic Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). All-weather traction and off-road capabilities for the Rogue come courtesy of the available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system. The Rogue provides a very smooth ride with the Vehicle Motion Control system, which makes handling adjustments according to such things as acceleration, steering, and braking.
