With Intelligent AWD equipped, this engine offers 182 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque, while also attaining EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings of 26 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway.

2020 Nissan Altima 2.0L I-4 Turbo Engine

The secondary engine available on the 2020 Nissan Altima is a 2.0L variable compression turbo (VC-Turbo™) 4-cylinder engine. This engine is only available on the SR VC-Turbo™ and Platinum VC-Turbo™ trim levels of the 2020 Nissan Altima. With 87-octane fuel in the gas tank, the 2.0L turbo engine can generate 236 horsepower and up to 267 pound-feet of torque. Conversely, with 93-octane fuel, the 2.0L turbo engine offers 248 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. The fuel economy ratings offered by this engine are not dependent upon the type of gasoline used. The 2.0L turbo engine allows the 2020 Nissan Altima to achieve EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings of 25 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.
