What is the INFINITI Direct Adaptive Steering® System?

INFINITI has been known for being the first manufacturer to introduce world first features. One of these features is the Direct Adaptive Steering®. This steering system helps to provide precise handling and response times for every turn. Currently, this system is available for the INFINITI Q50 and Q60. In this post we are going to explore the INFINITI Direct Adaptive® Steering system. Read on to start learning!

World’s First Digital Steering System

This system was created to produce a more personalized driving experience. Direct Adaptive Steering® will make you feel like you’re flying on air when taking on turns. Any inputs you make are digitally processed which creates that smooth steering. There are up to three ways you can customize this steering system. These are known as the steering modes: Heavy, Standard, and Light. Each mode will allow you to customize your driving experience based on the road or your mood. Additionally, you can personalize each mode to the steering effort and response levels of your choice.

Using digital technology, Direct Adaptive Steering® makes over a thousand adjustments to give you remarkable precision. When driving on uneven roads, the system will also adjust to the road to get rid of vibration. Having a smoother ride will help create a greater sense of command.
