What Sort of Safety Features does the 2018 Nissan Titan Have?

These days it’s less about what your car can do and more about what it provides. Sure engine technology has improved significantly over the past few years giving drivers more power in smaller packages, but it doesn’t matter much if no one wants to drive the car.

A premium has been put on making sure the vehicle is fun and exciting when you climb into it. You want to know that it’s going to provide a cool ride while also keep you safe as well. That safety is especially important when it comes to trucks as they are bigger vehicles that take a bit of extra skill to maneuver. The 2018 Nissan Titan is no different as it takes full advantage of Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility.

2018 Nissan Titan Safety Features

Nissan Intelligent Mobility is a suite of safety features that come standard on a lot of the newer Nissan vehicles and the Titan is on that list. All these technologies help give you the peace of mind when on the road in your big rig. The cameras and sensors around the Titan help give you a virtually 360-degree view around your truck. Blind spot warnings along with front and rear sensors help you stay away of what’s around you on the road.

There’s more to it than that though as the 2018 Nissan Titan is sporting six standard airbags in front and the sides to create a curtain of safety. The vehicle dynamic control can also help to make adjustments in the case of oversteering to try and help as much as it can. With some weight in the back, the Titan can also adjust the brake force distribution to ease the strain.
