A different adventure no matter what you choose to do

  1. Explore shipwrecks from the WWI and WWII. This is the only place in the world where shipwrecks from two different countries and two different wars are almost touching. The SMS Cormoran, a German ship, is 110 feet below the water of Arpa harbor and rests on her port side. This ship sank during WWI. The Tokai Maru, a Japanese cargo ship, sank during WWII and is resting on her screw.
  2. Climb Mount Lamlam. Although 1,332 feet high, Mount Lamlam the distance between the peak and the bottom of the Mariana Trench is the greatest change in elevation on Earth. Hikers can access the mountain trailhead across from Cetti Bay Overlook and get to the summit in about 30 minutes.
  3. Visit Latte Stone Park. Also know as Senator Angel Santo Latte Park is one place where you can see ancient Marian Island structures that were used to build Chamarro houses. The latte is made of two pieces of stone. The column is made from limestone and the capstone is made from natural coral heads. There are eight latte stones on display.
