We are currently looking for:
Customer Service Representative “CSR”, Rent A Car (Full Time): S/he is responsible for processing vehicle rental reservations with emphasis on providing quality customer service, preplans rental activity by coordinating with Service Agents to ensure vehicles are ready for customers’ reservations, and provides daily reports to Location Supervisor of rental activities, concerns or irregularities. Additionally, must be computer literate, have general office skills and be able to work a flexible shift schedule.
General Service Technician (Full Time): The General Service Technician repairs and maintains cars and trucks, conducts diagnostic tests on vehicles and replaces worn or damaged components. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in the automotive field and must have his/her own tools for use. Certification from GCC, ASE or equivalent experiences preferred.
PDI Lot Attendant (Part Time): Responsible for proper operations and control of the New and Used Car pre-delivery inspection, cleaning, washing, drying, vacuuming, reporting of any deficiencies of new and used vehicles and the proper maintenance and cleaning of the PDI area, car wash facility and the NMCG Parking Lot areas. Another vital function is the safe transportation and operation of all customer and NMCG vehicles to/from various locations.
Quick Lube Technician (Full Time): The quick lube technician inspects, repairs, calibrates and installs maintenance related items which include but are not limited to wipers, bulbs, Engine air and in-cabin air filters, oil/filters, fluids/lubricants, brake pads/shoes, tires, accessories, etc.
Sales Consultant (Full Time): This position is responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling and follow-up. RESUME & COVER LETTER REQUIRED.
Service Agent (Regular Part Time & Temporary Full Time) RAC: The Service Agent position requires an individual with a take charge attitude, working under minimum supervision, and with awareness for the importance of safety, quality, and providing customer service. S/he takes daily vehicle inventory and quickly and efficiently ensures they are cleaned & serviced as required to accommodate rental demand. Coordinates the timely pick up of customers and drop off. Assists leasing department as needed.
Service Biller (Full Time): This position is responsible for reviewing and processing all repair orders, parts, labor and sublet billing for the Service department and assisting in the warranty claims process. Additional duties include answering Service customers’ inquiries, scheduling Service appointments, scheduling Sales appointments for tint/accessory installations, facilitating New/Used Car delivery documents, and other duties as assigned.
Warehouse Person (Full Time): Responsible for receiving orders, verifying invoices, stocking parts in the warehouse and delivering parts to customers. This position is physically demanding and may require the lifting of items up to 70 pounds in weight without any assistance. Forklift certification preferred!
