We are currently looking for:

BDC Representative (Full Time):  The BDC Representative is responsible for generating leads, promoting brand awareness and cultivating new business opportunities for both the Sales and Service departments, through effective verbal and written communication skills, professional telemarketing techniques, and by strengthening or rebuilding rapport with past customers.  It is also responsible for scheduling appointments with potential customers for both Sales and Service, recording activities in the customer management system, contacting customers for their feedback utilizing various survey tools and providing business development related reports periodically and as requested.  REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma (or equivalent) and must be proficient in the use of computers.

General Service Technician (Full Time):  The General Service Technician repairs, provides maintenance, conducts diagnostic tests on vehicles and replaces worn or damaged components.  REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in the automotive field and must have his/her own tools for use.  Certification from GCC, ASE or equivalent experiences preferred. 

Parts Advisor (Full Time):  The Parts Advisor is involved in virtually every aspect of the Parts department’s daily operation.  Duties include the ordering, selling, preparing, delivering, shipping and receiving of inventory while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and some cleaning and general maintenance responsibilities.  REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma or equivalent, at least one (1) year experience and knowledge in the sale of automotive parts, a valid Guam driver’s license, and must be able to lift (without any assistance) items weighing up to 70 pounds.

PDI Lead (Full Time): oversees the PDI team and coordinates the cleaning, preparation, inspection, and delivery readiness of all new and used vehicles.

PDI Lot Attendant (Full Time):  Responsible for proper operations and control of the New and Used Car pre-delivery inspection, cleaning, washing, drying, vacuuming, reporting of any deficiencies of new and used vehicles and the proper maintenance and cleaning of the PDI area, car wash facility and the NMCG Parking Lot areas. Another vital function is the safe transportation and operation of all customers and NMCG vehicles to/from various locations.

Quick Lube Technician (Full Time): The quick lube technician inspects, repairs, calibrates and installs maintenance related items which include but are not limited to wipers, bulbs, Engine air and in-cabin air filters, oil/filters, fluids/lubricants, brake pads/shoes, tires, accessories, etc.

Sales Consultant (Full Time): This position is responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling and follow-up. RESUME & COVER LETTER REQUIRED.

Service Advisor (Full Time): The Service Advisor is the retail facility's first-line customer relations and service representative. Duties include: Customer Relations: Conducts all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers in the highest level of professional and uniform appearance. Promptly meets and greets service customers in a friendly, courteous, and outgoing manner immediately upon customer’s arrival. Service Sales: Sells the proper repairs and/or services in response to the customer's perceived vehicle needs. Presents the Service Menu of recommended services to every service customer in conjunction with the customer's recorded service history. Administration: Properly, thoroughly and legibly writes repair orders for the categories of work designated by management. Separates and distributes repair order copies according to department policy. Maintains and updates all open repair orders daily. Communication: Provides additional vehicle problem/complaint information to the technicians as requested. Maintains communications with the technical staff regarding job status changes. Remains continuously updated on the shop's workload to determine the type of work the technicians can quickly accommodate.

Service Agent (Full Time) RAC:  The Service Agent position requires an individual with a take charge attitude, working under minimum supervision, and with awareness for the importance of safety, quality, and providing customer service.  S/he takes daily vehicle inventory and quickly and efficiently ensures they are cleaned & serviced as required to accommodate rental demand.  Coordinates the timely pick up of customers and drop off.  Assists leasing department as needed.
