Nissan Guam Sees Record Turnout for NGEN 2022 Car Show
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, Nissan Guam’s third Nissan Generation (NGEN) Car show was back for 2022 and was bigger and better than ever! In addition to the car show, NGEN featured a remote-control drifting course, a Gran Turismo Racing Challenge, a die-cast car trade show, NISMO Kids GT-R racing, plus vendor booths from Fewture, Shquad, Prolific Guam, Car Audio Image and Proline, as well as locally loved food trucks Serendipity and Sip ’n Dip.
Hundreds of enthusiasts joined the festivities at Nissan Guam in Upper Tumon to celebrate all things Nissan, Datsun, and INFINITI, with one of the crowd-favorite events being a Drifting Exhibition by the Big Whoop and Look Super Drift Teams.
“It was our best NGEN yet,” said General Sales Manager Brian Downey. “From the car show to the die-cast hobbyists, drifters, and kids racers, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We can’t wait to have everyone back for NGEN 2023!”
