They are a mix of Spanish, Filipino, Mexican and many other European and Asian ancestries. Chamorro dishes include Kadon pika, Estufao, Eneska agaga and Chamorro bistek. Pika’s Café is open every day from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, it’s open until 10 p.m.

  3. Jamaican Grill Tumon. If you want to try traditional food from two different places at the same time, this is the place for you. This restaurant makes Jamaican food and mixes it with a Chamorro flair. Every menu item is served with colorful fruit or a garden salad. Jamaican Grill Tumon is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
