In a post published by Automotive News, INFINITI is described as having “unseated Lexus as the top luxury brand… in J.D. Power’s annual scorecard of satisfaction with dealership service departments.” The score earned by INFINITI was 876/1,000, which was raised by 15 points from last year’s survey. The numbers were taken in and released by the U.S. Service Index Study. This great news got us thinking—it’s about time we highlight what the service staff here at INFINITI Guam can do for you. Services at INFINITI Guam
To commemorate INFINITI’s recognition, we want to go over some of the services offered here in Tamuning. The technicians and mechanics in our service center are some of the hardest working people around.
Oil change
An oil change is one of the most commonly performed services in auto shops around the world. In fact, you could confidently say that it is the most routine automotive service. Your INFINITI needs oil and it needs it to be fresh. Most cars require an oil change about once every 3,000 miles. Think of oil as your engine’s food. Eventually, the oil runs out or becomes stale and your engine needs to be replenished. If you go long enough without getting an oil change, your engine will be ruined.
Brake service
You need brakes to stop, obviously. Your brakes can rust or start to squeak over time. If that’s the case for you, you need to get them checked out immediately. Sometimes, the fix is as simple as replacing your brake pads. Your brakes are what stand between you and an accident. Keep them up to snuff.
Front end alignment
Another routine service performed in auto shops is an alignment. Alignments are meant to keep your wheels and tires in line, so you don’t do too much unintentional drifting. If gone unchecked, a misaligned vehicle can be in for big problems down the line. Poorly aligned wheels can make driving straight a tall order.
